Have something to tell someone, but can't? Here's your chance to put a letter to someone. Letters that say "Dear No One, Sincerely Me." To anyone you know, or don't, and just need to tell them something, but can't. Good, bad, or anything you feel up to. It's like secrets, but to a specific person. You can write about someone you know, someone you don't know, or to a general audience. It doesn't matter, whatever you write is up to you.
